AESTHER EKME offers a 14-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging, ensuring your sculptural leather pieces meet your expectations. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Place the item in its original dust bag and protective box, ensuring all tags remain attached and the RMA form is included inside.

Ship the Item

Send your package via a tracked courier service to our distribution center; we recommend retaining your tracking number until the return is processed.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once received, our studio will inspect the item's condition and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
